She took one look at the apartment, suggested moving a couple of things and recommended a mini ‘budget’ staging. She then brought in a designer for a few ideas, and selected some key décor items from the Home Ingredients warehouse and placed them throughout the apartment. The pictures were outstanding. She if very knowledgeable about what to look for in strata documents to make sure you are aware of what you are buying into. And she is a great negotiator...which you want on your side!
